I have a HP OfficeJet 5610 All-in-one, and trying to print colour PDF files but it comes out all black.

Not even greyscale, simply black on white?

The PDF prints perfectly on my OKI C5250, and to date most other printers I have tried, (without knowing the makes).

The HP is about 3 months old, using XP and connected using a cable.

I am trying to get help from HP, but thought I would see if anyone else has experienced this problem, while I await their support?
