[RESOLVED] Please tell me how to remove the older version of urlmon.dll

I recently downloaded urlmon.dll on your site, my old version kept on producing a Waol on my Aol program. I can't find out how to remove the older version of the urlmon.dll to replace it. how do I delete it?

Note the location of the file (old one). Note location of new file. Boot to DOS and change to the the folder for the old file. Do these steps..
1. Attrib -r -s -h urlmon.dll
2. del urlmon.dll
3. change to location of new file
4. copy urlmon.dll c:\windows\system (or
wherever it is located).
5. Reboot your PC.
