Touch Panel Sony DSC-T50
Hello,
I purchased a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T50, Super Steady shot with 7.2 Mega-Pixels about one year ago. It has a huge touchpanel screen that controls everything. It is our first digital camera.
At the end of this past summer I had to have the touch panel recalibrated because it was so far out of sync that I couldn't even go to the screen to recalibrate it myself. It was pretty good for a little while. Now, I'm out of the warranty period and it's happening again. I've tried cleaning the edges around the screen of debris but that doesn't seem to have any effect.
I don't want to keep having to send this away every couple of months to have it recalibrated. Does anyone know of any downloads that I can get to be able to do this myself? I appreciate any help that you can give me.
Thank you.

Relatively 'new' tech for cameras -Sony is the main player it seems.
I think if you can't find the answer here ( http://www.sony.jp/products/di-world...0_handbook.pdf ) it isn't available.

How did you try cleaning round the edges?
I use a soft babies toothbrush and kinda flick the brush under the edge and then away.
