You act as if we're supposed to earn it or something. Silly NooNoo that's what the rest of the world is here for. Just kidding I actually ignored this post because 1. it has to do with Chuck Norris which in my opinion really is a nobody. 2. I knew it would be in relation to his "Phenomenon" on the internet as the butt a bajillion gamers jokes. I figured if you and Guts3d had input on this there might be something worth while to see in the replies. Alas I read the link and it was exactly what I expected.

To be fair, no one cared when it was on the internet, but a coherent book is another matter. The fact that it makes him look a complete prat is neither here nor there, the fact that stuff was printed about him in a book without his permission means they need to work out a royalties deal.
If the book doesn't make it clear that the "facts" are a collection of quotes from various fans, then he might have a case.

A spokesman for Penguin, owned by Britain's Pearson, was not immediately available for comment.

I must admit I read a few hundred of the Chuck facts, I thought that some were funny. But I agree that he should be well paid for the author using his name, likeness, etc. If anyone wants to make a book of "facts" about me, we can come to some arrangement...
