[RESOLVED] Upgrade install prob to Vista Premium
I am endeavouring to run an upgrade install to MS Vista Premium from XP2 SP2. During the install process, part 3 'Expanding files is reached. Just after the start, possibly 1% or 2%, the install stops advising:-
'windows installation canot continue because a required driver could not be installed'.
There is no further explanation. I have tried 3 times & this error re-occurs.
Has anyone else had this problem & can anyone assist.
Vista has now placed a dual boot option into my PC and left set-up files on my C:. Can these be safely deleted?
