    Question Screen Saver Problem

I am trying to help a friend with this problem. He cannot select a picture for his desktop. He had a virus, had the laptop repaired and the problem surfaced at that time. If you go to the desktop properties, the browse button is NOT highlighted, it is light gray and therefore he is not able to choose a picture. His desktop is blue. It appears that he could change the colors, but not select a picture. Any suggestions as to what might be missing?
    Thanks for the help.

Welcome to WinDrivers simple solution. It sounds like you still have an infection on the PC. I would recommend you download Spybot Search and Destroy, update it, turn off system restore, download Smith Fraud Fix HERE, and then start PC in "Safe Mode". Run the Smith Fraud Fix and Spybot in safe mode then let us know how this worked.
