I don't mean to rain on your parade but you're almost asking a question similar to looking for a low cost Lamborghini.
Unfortunately you are going to have to make compromises in order to satiate low cost. IE a smaller screen, or lower internal hardware specs in order to achieve low cost. Best suggestion is don't get the latest and greatest if you're trying to save money.

All your requirements are incompatible with low cost.
You'll get by far more performance and bigger screen in a desktop though - for less $$$.

Hello mishra.rahul:
Here's what you need to do (imho);
Look for a a medium quality laptop with a 15.4 inch screen BUT with a good onboard vid chip and audio chip that comes with at least 3 GB ram.
Review how well the video out works,ie, using a separate 22" LCD as example.
Check out how well the batteries are performing (never buy the cheap basic one, get at least a 6 cell).
Check out how the charger/adapters are performing. Any burnouts, problems, etc.
NEVER buy the latest issue until about 6 months after release so you can review performance. Let someone else suffer the catastrophe of another bad laptop.
Get the extended warranty - nothing like insurance for the industries worst failures (laptops).

Fully agree, you can get high budget low spec machines, but not the other way around. A 17" screen needs a 9 cell battery... lotsa money on those.
