    Sony Vio FW235J britness control

    Hi dears
    Recently I have purchased a Sony Vio Fw235j Note book and have installed Windows XP Proffetional over its Windows Vista.
    Both systems working well. But on Windows XP I have no control of screens
    britness.
    Any one can help ??

    Problem on britness control on Win XP

    Dear NOO NOO
    Not at all . Function key plus britness keys does not work.
    Probably I need to install a driver ? But how and where ?
    Any Help from members appreciated.

    Sony don't provide a driver for XP - this is a vista based laptop

    What you can do is go through the older Sony XP laptops which are similar and try installing the XP notebook utilities, but there is no guarantee that will work.
