I recently reformated and installed Windows 98SE to my HP Pavilion 8260. I am having a problem with the soundcard driver. I downloaded the driver e4051044 from the HP web site. It installed no problems, however, when the computer boots it cannot find the midi drivers and therefore I cannot play back any midi files. All other sounds are fine.
