gf4 4400 overclocking?
Just seen the new Tweakmonster BGA RAMsinks and am thinking of getting some for my new graphics card.
Do the gefroce 4 cards take to overclocking well??
I had my old(er??) gf3 ti200 running at speeds well in access of the defaults, stabley..and was hoping that the same could be said for the newer card...
Since there are no memory coolers the ramsinks seemed a good idea.. but if all i'm going to get out of the card is a 'little' extra then i don't think i'll bother.
The card is an ASUS v8440..
And i do have 2 case fans blowing cool air over the card with a port vent right next to it..
CHANCES???
E R R O R...

Anime God
Almost all geforce4 Ti4400 cards will AT LEAST overclock to the 4600 specs with no problems. I would go with Gainward though because thier cards come with a enhanced mode which is gainward overcloaking thier own card and they warrenty it.

You can probably go beyond Ti4600 speeds. Asus cards tend to overclock well and it seems as if you have good cooling too.

I'm always now very cautious since killing an old geforce2mx whoops must have set that memory speed a little tooo high.
