[RESOLVED] Fatal Exception Error
After a clean install of Windows 98se machine shutdowns perfectly. After loading G400 Matrox Millenium drivers machine gives me a fatal exception error at 0028:c0082cd in VXD VMM(01)+000072CD. This happens when attempting to shut machine down..
Can anyone please solve or help me solve this problem

In device manager are all of your devices setup? Particularly mainboard drivers. PCI bridge, USB etc. I seem to remember the G400 causing a spot of bother if they aren't setup properly.
I think there were issues to do with Busmastering.

Do you have a mainboard with via chipset?
If so, you must remove matrox drivers (you can use an utility located in www.matrox.com) and you must install first via drivers http://www.via.com.tw/drivers/index.htm
After rebooting, you can install g400 driver
