My computer locks up after installing diamond video card. It locks up when the sound drivers load at start up. Anybody have similar problem. Would appreciate input.

If you are running Norton AntiVirus you will have to change your CoNfig SYS file so that Norton runs first and then the sound card files.

When dealing with Diamond products always install the software BEFORE adding the hardware to the machine..

Also, this error occurs when SB 16 tries to install.. when running setup software disable DOS support..
