As you probably already know, Giga-Byte's Website (http://www2.giga-byte.com/support/support.htm) doesn't have a BIOS upgrade listed for your legacy motherboard. You can, however, download a PDF version of your motherboard's manual from [http://www1.gigabyte.com.tw/support/mdiscontinued.htm#486am]here[/URL]. I hope this helps... :D
