My driver for this DSL modem is preventing my PC from coming up on restart. Once I remove the driver, then the pc comes up and I can re-install the driver and work until the next restart. Is there a new driver that resolves this issue??

I had a similiar problem when I first installed the same card. The cause of the problem was that the card has to use IRQ 10 and if something else is taking that IRQ, Windows will never boot. What I did was take it out, go into Windows and ensure that nothing was taking up IRQ 10. I had a comport that was hogging it, so I disabled it and everything worked fine after that.
