Win2k driver for Intel Pro/100 PCI 82556

I can't seem to make any of the drivers that come with Windows 2000 work with my Intel EtherExpress Pro/100 PCI.

Anyone have any suggestions/solutions?

I have experienced similar problems with the same card. No drivers I have found will initialize it. Seems it does not like any of the oemsetup.inf formats...

I've got an Intel EtherExpress Pro/100A PCI(PILA8465). Why does Win2k support the EtherExpress Pro/100B out of the box but not the A? When I try using the NT drivers from Intel's site I get the same errors with the inf format.
