Instructions to install USB Driver

I have down loaded the UBS driver OEMUBS from the windriver site. I need to install this in a different machine so I copied it to a floppy, but when I try to move it on to the new machine I get a message that I am unable to copy or move the file. Also when I try to update or install the driver from the controll panel/ system window the computer is unable to see the driver in the a drive. No instructions where available for UBS drivers at windrivers, if anyone knows what I am doing wrong or has some advice any comments would be appreciated.

I have found that there is a file on your windows 95 CD, (OEM version)and it seems to do the same as the USB support.
Just search for this file: usbsupp.exe.
It helped my computer find the hardware and drivers that it wouldn't find before I installed this file.
