Driver Needed-x86 Family 5 Model 4-Pentium 233Mhz -upgraded to NT

We recently upgraded from Windows 98 to Win NT 4.0; the display is now only in 16 colours. NEED desperately your help with drivers for this: AT/AT compatible PC, with bios version - Award Modular BIOS v4.51PG. This is for a Pentium x86 Family 5 Model 4, Stepping 3 Genuine Intel 233 Mhz.
