Colorjet 2030 spool manager error messages

I'm running win98 upgrade. When I try to print from any application, or try to run wtsplmgr.exe, or try to print a test page I get the following error message "LexMark ColorFine Spool Manager - Fatal Error: Cannon load journal dll - please reinstall" followed by "Lexmark 2030 series - Error while spooling to "" Unable to start spool manager" Neither Microsoft nor Lexmark seem to know what a "journal dll" is. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I am getting the same problem happening with my 2030 now that I have purchased a new computer. I'm now running Win 98 release 2 and can not print to my 2030 unless I click the ignore button on the error message seven times. I can not get satisfaction from either Lexmark or Microsoft website. Did you get somewhere with this problem?
