AT3D only work on second attempt

the AT3D came with W98 drivers, and works fine in 480X640, 600X800 up to 32 bit, but when switching to 1024X768 mode first time round it will allways roll/scramble the display, luckily in windows the display reverts back to the previous settings to get another go at it, this time the display will be OK. Is there a newer driver or do I have a faulty Graphics card.?

Try to update your driver through Windows 98 - - it has an updated driver, and it may be more recent than yours.
