Hi i have this modem but cant install it because i dont have the box or drivers... so i cant get them off the net until i find out what modem i have. The chip on the modem is a MOTOROLA #'s are

but that doesnt mean motorola made does it????? On back it has sticker that says FM-56PCI/MT-US
