Would anybody have the correct software for the above modem.I have mailed Motorola twice over the past few weeks but to date have got no reply.I also have ,for some reason,been unable to access their 'Discontinued Products ' site.I would truly appreciate any help in this.

Try usin netscape to access their ftp site.If you have IE 5.0 it will not work...
