Win95 drivers for VoiceSURFER 56K

Any idea where I can download the Win95/Win98 drivers for the Motorola VoiceSURFER 56K External modem? I have already downloaded the VoiceSURFER drivers from Motorola web site and installed it. But it only contain the files needed to upgrade the modem to the standard V.90. There is no Windows drivers in it.
