PCI to USB card conflicting with HD Controller

Does anyone else have a prob with the PCI to USB card taking up IRQ 10 & 12 conflicting witht their HD controller? My HD Controller can only be set at IRQ 10 & 12 and the card uses 10 & 12 and I can't change either one. Anyone know what I can do? In despirate need of help here!
