Problems with 3 things for AOPEN MX3W-L Mother Board ....Becoming a great hassle!

I was forced to reformat my machine and do the whole Fdisk jazz...when I got everything back up and running my pc will not let me install a driver for the integrated video and sound cards...What is the problem? The video is going VGA generic everytime .... WIN 98 btw...
PLease help!
