ViRGE /DX/GX/ PCI

I am looking to update my S3 Inc. ViRGE /DX/GX/ PCI driver. In an attempt to upgrade to a Microsoft product they recommend that this driver be upgraded. However, I am at a loss of where to find this item. Any clues?

The S3 drivers are listed by the number of the chipset. First, go to the URL above and download the DOS-based file "s3id.exe". This program will query the video cards chipset and return its number.
