GX2 - NTSC only! No PAL!!

I was stressed out to find that using my GX2 card's Video out function, I only had the NTSC option available. The PAL option is greyed out. PAL is mostly used in the UK, therefore I would like to get around this problem.

What do I need? A new card? An upgrade? help!!

Until then I'll be watching a black & white jumpy screen.... Thanks
