Hello,

Recently, I upgraded a program and when I ran the new version, I noticed that some 20 percent of the information is off the screen. The EXIT button to quit the program is part of the missing info which forces me to quit the program via the Task Manager.
My display is set to 640 by 480 pixels. A message appeared during set-up of the above upgrade which said that the program would run better with the resolution set to 800 by 600 pixels.
Well, the bar to move the setting of the resolution is greyed out and I seem to be stuck with the resolution I've got.
I was trying to get a newer driver from your web site but could not find anything that resembles what I got on my video card:
The board says S3 Virge Ver 1.3 and the main chip on it says "Expert Color", no other identifiers.
On the flip side is a label with a bar code. I'm including it just in case it is a serial number and you can use it to see whether there is help for my problem. It says E800151003.
Can you tell me what chip I've got and whether there is a newer driver or something that allows me to change the resolution? Or do I need a new (and better) video card?
Your help is greatly appreciated.
Many thanks in advance,
Fritz
