S3 Trio 3D Help

I have a S3 Trio 3D 4 meg card. I installed a TV video capture card and not too many probs. Now I also have a Robocam webcam and I have lots of probs. Camera locks all the time ect. I have been chasing the latest drivers for all and found them all except the s3. windrivers only has drivers dated 17 Sept 1998. Pretty old in my book. Can anyone tell me where to find them and if there is actually any. Cheers.
p.s. or any help related to my cam locking up all the time.
