need assist w/ Virge GX2 357 driver

I am attempting to upgrade my video driver but when I try to use the driver I found here (w9534202.zip) I get told to put in a Win95 driver disk so it can use a file called s3_3.drv... This is supposedly a Win95/98 driver I am trying to install...
I attempted to insert my OEM Win98 disk to no avail... Is there a newer driver past 1997 from my system? Any assist appreciated... My email addy is bubblybabs@hotmail.com

To anyone who reads this:
I finally got the driver to update... I did not know that I had to put the drivers onto a 3.5" disk and then update from there... Can't update from the hard drive... Just an FYI...

Is your card have TV-out feature?

I can't get tv-out to my TV, even I install the correct driver, did you encounter such problem before?
BTW, I don't even can see the S3 tab in "display properties"(is should be there, according to the manual), any advise?

No, I don't have a tv out feature (that I know of)... When I right click on the desktop, click on settings, then on advanced, I get to a pop-up window that says "S3 virge" at the very top but it's not an actual tab...
