S3 Virge 375 & rockwell HCF Modems

My modem fails to break dialtone when the S3 Vrige 375 is installed.
Anyone managed to get round this one>?

fails to break dial tone as in u cant dial out?
if that is the case go to ur control panel
get the properties on the modem and set "wait for dial tone" to unchecked.,..
