Hi all.

I am having a problem installing the latest (1.13) drivers for this chipset. I kept getting the bluescreen fatal application error when I first used it, and then found out about the VGA BIOS update for this card. I put the update into the root directory as you are meant to, and added the correct line to autoexec.bat, and when I check autoexec.bat once it has rebooted the line has been removed so I presume that the update has gone through, the but VGA BIOS version I see at bootup (and using the sischip.exe utility) remains at 1.07a and not 1.13 like it is meant to. This means I still cannot install the 1.13 drivers as I still get the bluescreen.

What am I doing wrong? I can't figure it out, and would like to try the new drivers as I get graphics corruption in Ultima Online and am hoping the new drivers would fix this. I have enclosed the information from sischip.exe below. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

"North Bridge is SiS5597
Sourth (sic) Bridge is NOT SiS5595
VGA BIOS Revision is 1.07a B2 shared ->"
