Hello,
I can't use my AGP graphics card in 3D mode in Windows 2000, because I don't have the driver for the SiS 5591 chipset on the mainboard. On SiS website and mainboard manufacturer website, I can only find a driver for Windows 98, but not Win 2000.
Does such a driver exist ?

The SIS5591 chip you are referring to is your IDE Controller not your Video. If you tell us what make & model your motherboard is (assuming on-board video?) someone here can help you find the correct video drivers.

Motherboard is an "AOpen AP59S". The video card is a Matrox G100 (not onboard) and I have the necessary drivers (supporting D3D) already installed. But they will not work in 3D mode.
Now I assume that I need AGP drivers for the AGP chipset on the mainboard (not video drivers)!
If SIS5591 is my IDE controller, what is my main chipset then ? I was assuming it was the main chipset, because there IS an "AGP driver for SIS5591" on the SIS website. But it is only for Windows 98, not Windows 2000.

Gotcha. I looked at Aopen and SIS websites and both only offer the 91agp140.exe driver which hasn't been updated since 3/98. It looks like you've got an orphan motherboard that isn't going to see W2K drivers. I guess it wouldn't hurt to email AOpen and see if they've got any updates/patches that aren't listed publicly.

Good Luck.
