According to this page <a href="http://webpages.charter.net/ohlandl/NIC/smc_8013.html" target="_blank">http://webpages.charter.net/ohlandl/NIC/smc_8013.html</a> , that card was originally made by Western Digital before SMC bought Western Digital's NIC business. Then pick "Legacy from the first drop down box"
Then pick "SMC8013" from the second drop down box
Then pick the operating system you need drivers for
