AST Premmia GX Manual & bios

I need a Manual for the Premmia GX p100 and a compatible bios that is more recent than the AST 3.01 dated 1995. I would like to upgrade this machine & need Tech specs and jumper settings. Hopefully a bios that will support dual 233 processore accellerators.
