gdm-fw900 monitor

the top left part of my new gdm-fw900 monitor screen flickers terribly. for a $2500 monitor that is not acceptable. but since i don't use w/ the right driver--the only one available seems to be the driver for gdm-w900--my hope is that it is a driver problem.

so why is there no driver available on the sony www.ita.sel.sony.com (http://www.ita.sel.sony.com) site for this monitor?

and where could i get it?

and if it isn't a driver problem, does that mean that my monitor which i just got yesterday came in damaged?

I bought FW900 four weeks ago. At the start of it, there are very small waves diagonal on the screen. When FW900 is on working temperature, then they are missing.
I am looking for driver for FW900 like you, but Sony corp. is not labour with details. There is driver only for w900 . We have cool expensive monitor without any support. I do not understand why, I think that Sony can work better. Bye, bradley@seznam.cz
