Upgrade drivers for Sony Z505 and Win2K

I have upgradede my Sony PCG Z505 HE from Win98 to Win2K. Moslty everything is OK but I cannot get Win2K to recognise either the Jogdial or the Memory stick. They appear as 'uknown devices'. I tried the Sony upgrade but this failed as a .bat file was apparently missing each time.

Could anyone help
