go to Via Tech driver page and download Audio driver 68MU120A. Do not run setup use the update driver for the Unknown Audio device Win 2K already installed and point to the Windows2000 drectory in the folder created after extracting the downloaded file.
Still trying to find something for the Conexant ***** modem but don't think I will. Probably need to install a new Win2K compatable modem.
