Sony CDU701 cd-rom driver

Trying to install a Christmas game, and it won't run. Manufacturer says to install new version of cd-rom driver. <br />I can't find any version of windows 2000 driver for SONY CDU701 cd-rom, anywhere on net.<br />Help!

There must be something else wrong give us the exact message you get.

Did your CDrom Previously work?

Most all Cdrom's take a generic driver that is almost always install with the O/s and the user never has to install it.

A CDROM driver is a CDROM driver. whether it is 98 or 2K. so that can't be the problem. If anything try installing just any CDROM driver you can find for it.
