CDU76E Drivers

A client asked me to install Windows 95 on an older machine. The only drivers he has for his Sony CDU76E drive are the original DOS drivers. These are real mode and therefore inhibit proper operation of virtual memory in Windows 95. Any ideas where I can get proper Windows 95 drivers for this device. I have very little info on it and it does not seem to be mentioned on Sony's web site.
