Driver for CDU31A for NT

I need to find a driver for the Sony CDU31A for NT Server. NT won't recognize my sound card or CD. My original disk says Spectrum 16 with Sony 31A interface. It works fine with Windows but not with NT. I know that it supposedly is available from Microsoft BBS, but this number is ALWAYS busy.
