Does anybody have a copy of the Asus VX97 motherboard BIOS update "tv5v0204.zip"? I desperately need it in order to update my aging P-166. If so, please send a copy to "cperkins@genzyme.com".

by the way, is Asus out of business? I can't get anything from their site because everytime I try to download anything I get a 404 on their server "www.asus.com.tw" (where all the download links connect to). This server has been off-line for well over a month now. Are they gone?
