A friend burned a cd for me using his HP CD writer. I bring it to my PC with a Sony CRX140E and I can't read it. I can bring it to another PC and read it just fine. Any ideas? I have reinstalled it. Looked for any patches, but was unsucessful.

use the software that came with your writer (Sony CD Maker), go to Tools->Session Explorer and you can then copy whatever's on your cd to your hard drive. it's not the greatest solution but it's better than nothing<br />cheers
