Have a Sony DVD-ROM model DDU220E drive for my computer. Current firmware
version is 5.0g. Where can I find updates?
Was surprised to find Sony's web site so disjointed in this area. By
comparison, finding firmware updates for my Acer CD-RW is a breeze! You'd
think a company as big as Sony would have better support.
