Sound Blaster PCI 512

Hey Peeps,

I bought a SB PCI 512 in june, and just recently the card has been acting funny. For instance: When I listen to any kind of music, it will work just fine for a while, then all sounds but my bass muffles out. (Meaning, I can hear blurred voices and tunes, and olny the bass works.)
I formatted my Hard Drive, and immediatley re-inastalled my Drivers for the PCI 512, and I still had the same problem. Another prob I have, is when I install my drivers, it always freezes at the end, when it is creating icons. That my be another prob I have. If so, Please let me know. This is affecting my computer enjoyability. I love my puter! =)

I'm having similar problems wih mine. When Win98 has detected the SB512, and wants to install software for it hangs as well. I can't remove it, or update drivers manually. Nothing seems to work.
