STB Velocity 4400

I can't get my stb velocity 4400 to work in windows 2000 professional...
i have tested all drivers that followed but it didn't work...

I called STB about the V4400 and they said two things...

1 It should be supported? (Bull)
2 Try to up to directX 7.0a

So, I did and it didn't. Hands are tied!
