STB Blackmagic NT drivers

I have an STB blackmagic 3D, but no driver disk. When I migrated to NT Workstation, I could not locate the drivers anywhere. STB's site cannot help, since all they advise is that the drivers are on the CD. Does anyone know where I might find these drivers?
