STB 4400 DVD Decoder Software

Can anybody please help me get the STB 4400 DVD Decoder Software? I already mailed the postcard that comes with STB's Velocity 4400, 6 months ago. STB won't help me. If you can please contact me at c72@altavista.net , thank you.
