Fuzzy Green Lines

On my computer I have a Trident TGUI-9680 video card, after a few minutes of use the monitor starts fuzzing up with yellowish-green lines...don't get me wrong, you can still see the display but its not worth the headache.
I have updated the driver numerous times with no results..is there anything I can do besides toss it in the dumpster and buy a new one?

I hate to say it, but, I believe you should toss it. I have an AGP 9750 and it is on it's way in the garbage. I get the lines also, tried drivers, refresh rates and bios settings, none helped. I am going with a Creative Labs Nvidia. Good luck!
