In case you haven't already done so, you will want to check out Trident Drivers Archived here. (http://forums.windrivers.com/vb/showthread.php?t=32356)

While there isn't a TGUI 9440 listed, there is a 9400, a 9420 and a 9470 listed for Win95. These drivers should work fine for you in Win98 also.
