Greek USR 33.6

I have this greek USR 33.6 external faxmodem that states that it's upgradeable to x2 technology, but on the 3com site I couldn't find anywhere a firmware update to upgrade it, so I was wondering if anyone would know where I could get it....Of course, if there's someone who knows how to make it a v90, all the better, but AFAIK you have to pay a certain sum to make it directly from x2 upgradeable to a v90 compliant, and that works only for US.Canada customers...
